3. Return in Perfect Condition: Upon the return of the rented item in perfect condition, the escrowed funds are released to the hiree. This guarantees that hirees receive their payment promptly once their item is returned undamaged.
4. Protection for Hirers: If, during the rental period, the rented item is damaged, the escrowed funds can be used to cover the repair costs, ensuring that hirers are compensated for any damages caused by the hirer's use.

For Hirers:

• You can rent with confidence, knowing that your payment is held securely until the item is returned in the condition you expect.
• In case of damage, you have assurance that funds are available to cover repair costs, so you are not left with unexpected expenses.

For Hirees:

• Your payment is safeguarded until the rental period concludes and the item is returned undamaged, ensuring you receive your rental fee without delay.
• In the event of damage, we will facilitate the process of using the escrowed funds to cover repair costs, helping you restore your item to its original condition.

Important Notes:

• Both hirers and hirees are encouraged to inspect items thoroughly and document their condition before and after the rental period. This documentation can be used in case of disputes.
• Props4hire acts as a neutral third party, ensuring fair and transparent transactions for all users.
• Attempting to conduct transactions outside of Props4hire's platform may result in the loss of escrow and warranty services.
