How does Props4Hire Work?

The Process

As a customer, add the items to your cart as normal. Make sure to select the hire period!

Checkout as normal. Either get your items delivered (if the vendor offers this), or elect to pick them up.
Sign the contract in your Orders page. Your signature protects both you and the vendor. If you don’t have an account, you can make one here: www.props4hire.com/profiles-add/
Done! Now the vendor sees that you’ve signed the contract, they can begin getting your items ready.

Shipping methods

Shipping methods will depend on the vendor. Postage methods will be available in their checkout.
Or, you can always pick up directly from them. Their address is visible in the order details.

Payment Guarantee and Escrow

Pay with card or bank transfer when you place an order in our store.
To ensure cooperation, your money doesn't go straight to the vendor. Instead your payment is withheld by Props4Hire until the order is complete.
In the event of a dispute, either the vendor doesn't deliver the promised items, or you can't return the items in their original condition, the money in escrow may be awarded to whichever party did not commit the offence.
This way, everyone is encouraged to cooperate, and both the customer and vendor are protected from bad actors.
